The marco explosion-proof PC serves as a main control station for longwalls in underground coal mining. It is also used as a visualisation and control device for peripheral systems located in the gate area, such as conveyor drives, crushers, pumps, power and filter stations. The PC collects and transfers data via TCP/IP to a surface station.
